Remedy Entertainment has released the trailer for their upcoming supernatural third-person shooter Control, and boy is that weird.
Control focuses a lot on science fiction, which deals with the unexplained and, as we can see from the trailer, there are certainly a lot of unexplained issues.
The game puts players in the shoes of star Jesse Faden, who is an indelible push in the role of Director of the Bureau. An abnormal troop named Hiss has infiltrated the Bureau's headquarters, known as The Old Building, and it is up to you to save the day and find out the truth behind this threat. Of course, Jesse will have plenty of supernatural powers at his disposal, as well as a transforming gun. What more could a paranormal hunter ask for?
Loads of secrets to be discovered, monsters to shoot and skills to unlock when Remedy's next adventure comes next month. The studio is famous for creating spooky, line games like Alan Wake and Quantum Break. Fortunately, Control mirrors his approach to storytelling.
Control is set to release on August 27, 2019 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
