11 Bit Studios has just announced this Frostpunk: Console Edition will be launched October 11th later PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. To mark the occasion, a trailer was even deposited on the web:

For the little info and more, know that this console version of Frostpunk will contain all the previous free upgrades enjoyed by the PC version. And all future updates also need to land on consoles.
