62-year-old Lethbridge man is against criminal allegations of damaged driving leading to death after a fatal collision on Wagon 3 near Coalhurst in June.
According to a statement published by the Coaldale RCMP, Toyota Corolla headed east in the western roads and hit Chevrolet Impala.
Douglas Bagnall, who led the Korolon, supposedly traveled with alcoholic blood more than 80 milligrams at the time of the accident.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 42-year-old man from the Piikani Nation, died on the way to a hospital, while a 12-year-old girl in the same vehicle was taken to treat traumatic and minor back injuries.
The coronary driver was not seriously injured but was taken to hospital as caution.
Bagnall was arrested on Sunday, but release was given for warranty with conditions while awaiting his trial.
The next court of Bagnall will be in Lethbridge's courtroom.
