The Araco Park operator yesterday announced its third quarter results, which showed a 2% increase in sales of tenants, an increase of 5.6% in revenues and an increase of 5.6% in EBIDA during the first nine months of the year compared to the same period of 2017.
Among the factors explaining these increases are the growth of business in Colombia, as well as the latest new openings.
"In September Parque Angamos opened, the first shopping neighborhood center of Parque Arauco in Chile, located in Antofagasta.The mall is 10,500 square meters and required an investment of 811,000 UF," the company said.
On the other hand, the consolidated occupancy rate remained stable at 92.8% during the third quarter of 2018. The total consolidated gross area (BLA) rose by 4.2%, respectively, to 1,030,500, due to the new additions mentioned.
Overall, net profit reached $ 13.972 million, down 4.4% from 2017.
