Nigerian striker Alex Iwobi transferred from Arsenal to Everton.
Iwobi has been at Arsenal since 2015, playing a total of 149 games and scoring 15 goals. He missed only three matches last season in the English League. For Everton, he is the seventh reinforcement behind goaltender Jonas Lössl, defender Djibril Sidibem, midfielder André Gomes, Fabian Delph and Jean-Philpp Gbamin and striker Moise Kean.
According to Deloitte, English football clubs playing the premier competition spent £ 1.41 billion (around CZK 39.5 billion) in the summer transfer period. Two hundred million pounds remained behind the record in 2017.

Maguire became the most expensive defender in football history
The transfer period, which began on May 16 in England, ended on Thursday. On the last day, the £ 170 million (over 4.7 billion) clubs made only 18 deals, the lowest transfer since 2009.
Most of the reinforcements came from Arsenal, which had to reach 155 million pounds (more than 4.3 billion crowns). Manchester United also made Harry Maguire the most expensive defender of all time. Leicester paid £ 80 million (more than £ 2.2 billion) for it.
