The official El Gouna club's Twitter account has angered Zamalek fans by announcing the signing of Tunisian Ali Maaloul, left Ahli Al Ahli.
The official account of the Sahel team joked: "We welcome our new player Ali Maalal. No high cost Moselch to the degree."
Zamalek president Mortada Mansour said earlier after his team's game against El Gouna, saying: "El Gouna players have shown abnormal performance against Zamalek, specifically Ahmed Yasser Ryan."
El Gouna, the rival team in the Egyptian league, became a second affiliate of Al-Ahly Club, with 11 players who had previously played in the Red Fort.
El Gouna also includes four players who have previously played in Ahli, namely: Mohamed Nagy Gedo, Louay Wael, Ahmed Ali, and Islam Rushdie.
El Gouna had managed to snatch a point from Zamalek's draw 2-8, giving Ahli a golden chance to settle for title 41 in its official history, before leading Ali Maaloul Red Gene to win over Al-Abyad 1-0 in the last round of the Egyptian League.
