Jakarta, CNN Indonesia – Oppo said he does not always want to be the master of sending smartphones in Indonesia. The statement was released in response to the report Canalys who proclaimed Oppo as the champion of smartphone shipments in Indonesia in the second quarter of 2019, has passed Samsung.

Instead of continuing to be topnotch, Oppo Indonesia's PR manager Aryo Meidianto said it was more concerned about after-sales service for all users.

"Basically we don't think we're always in the first place, but how can we serve consumers to find the best after-sales rights. Automatically the numbers market share "It will shape itself," Aryo said after the Oppo Renoscape event at Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta, on Wednesday (8/14).

Aryo said Oppo currently has 117 service centers across Indonesia. Forward Aryo said it would improve service quality, not the number of service centers.

"We will first optimize its services with one flash service. All problems need to be resolved in just one hour. It has not yet worked in all service centers," he said.

A report released by research institute Canalys in the second quarter of 2019 noted that Oppo won the "throne" of the Indonesian smartphone sent by Samsung for the first time. Oppo has a 26 percent market share with a 54 percent increase from the same period a year ago.

"The smart market in Indonesia recorded the best performance, shipping reached 11.4 million units and grew 8.9 percent in the second quarter of 2019," Canalys wrote.
