Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) announced that two of its best-selling models, the Tiguan and Passat, will receive more two years for free. With this promotion, both cars now have a total five-year free storage (or 75,000 km, whatever comes first), and also five years unlimited mileage guarantee and five years at roadside assistance.
Combined with the low interest rate of 1.88% per year, VPCM says customers will enjoy savings up to RM13,800 for the Tiguan and up to RM15,100 for the Passat. The advertising applies to new car buyers from July 1 to December 31, 2019, and is available for all the variants of the Tiguan and Passat, including Sound & Style and JOIN Editions.
In order to sum up, the Tiguan is powered by an 1.4-liter TSI engine that carries 150 PS and 250 Nm, and is coupled to a six-speed wet DSG handle. The Passat 1.8 liter TSI in turn makes 180 PS and 250 Nm torsion, while the most powerful 2.0 liter TSI in the Passat Highline has 220 PS and 350 Nm pairs.
