BT: New York City retreat schedule

[ad_1]

BT announced on Wednesday its intention to withdraw from the New York Stock Exchange, primarily in a cost-cutting logic.

The British telecom operator intends to end the
listing its US Depository Shares (ADS) on NYSE and registering with SEC, the US stock market authority.

Its withdrawal will take place on the evening of September 13.

In a statement, BT explains that the securities traded on the NYSE currently represent only 2% of its total revenue.
