The landing conditions of the Russians on the moon are called – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The Russian cosmonauts could land on the moon in the early 1930s, when by the late 1920s they would begin building a local lunar base on Earth's natural satellite. The corresponding dates are called the "road map" of the Russian Federation's Lunar Plan, which was presented on Monday, November 19, at a conference marking the 20th anniversary of the International Space Station.

As noted by Interfax, by the end of 2020, the module should be sent to the Moon in an unmanned version, which will provide the first elements of the future base to the satellite surface. Which for the moon mission, it should last 14 days. In its application may involve the station near the moon.

Incidentally, previously published summaries of the Federal Space Program for the years 2016-2025 provided astronauts to land on the Moon by 2030, creating a "necessary infrastructure for full-scale exploration" of the satellite as early as 2025.
