However problems like those with seams, knees and joints often occur in people built like this. Excessive weight on these parts of the body creates pressure for the veins, causing weight and knee and joint damage over time. Experts advise to avoid fats and use foods such as cereal bread, oats and lentils. The recommendation is to exercise for 30 minutes daily aerobic activities and exercises for the hips and thighs.

Chest and shoulders

People who have this figure have a narrower waist and hips and wider chest and shoulders. They are thought to have extremely active upper glands that speed up their metabolism and thus prevent accumulation of excess pounds. No matter how athletic they are, if they are fat, they are much more susceptible to heart disease and the risk of developing osteoporosis. They are advised to do exercises aimed at developing the lower body, as well as eating foods high in protein, such as birds or fish.

Equally distributed surplus

For women, this means they have larger breasts and hips, while the waist is narrow. Scientists claim that these individuals have better reproductive capacity and are less prone to depression. However, like everyone else, they need to limit the intake of processed foods, sugars and caffeine, to stay healthy. It is recommended to eat healthy fats from avocado, fish, nuts, seeds and olive oil.

Athletic material

These individuals usually have narrower hips, smaller breasts that are about the same width as their waist. In general, it is easy for them to lose weight and have a lower risk of heart disease, diabetes and breast cancer. Women of this age, however, sometimes have lower levels of estrogen, which can interfere with the menstrual cycle and increase the risk of endometriosis, and therefore may be a problem for fertility. To naturally increase the level of this hormone, it is advisable to eat flaxseed, soybeans and fruits, especially strawberries and peaches.
