Deputy of the Standing Finance Committee and Economic Development of the National Assembly, Jose Guerra, condemned on Wednesday that Venezuela has stopped receiving more than 14 billion dollars due to the fall of oil production and could stop being a country exporting crude oil.
Parliament noted that for the first time, at the same time, "There is a decline in oil production in Venezuela" and oil prices.
He reported that between December 2017 and October 2018 they stopped producing 740 thousand barrels of oil a day.
